Hospice Foundation of the Ozarks is a Missouri non-profit organization that awards grants to organizations which are involved in end-of-life services and education. Grant funds are provided for the advancement and expansion of OAW’s Grief Recovery program through the certification of new Grief Recovery Method Specialists and the annual renewal fees for current Specialists.
