Our number one need is for talented photographers with a heart for reaching out to the community. As the awareness of our organization continues to increase, so do the number of requests for our services. As such, we need enough photographers to meet the need.

• Minneapolis, Minnesota
• Oklahoma City
• Grove, Oklahoma
• Evansville, Indiana

As a photographer for OAW, you will become a part of our contact list. When a call comes in, we reach out to everyone to see who is available — some calls require immediate response, while others are a matter of coordinating photo session times with the recipient family and the participating photographer. We do our best to spread sessions out among our volunteers, so that no one gets overwhelmed. Sometimes we will have families for which we provide multiple sessions and, as such, try to keep that family paired with the same photographer, in order to maintain consistency, developing a trusting relationship and a low-stress experience for the family. Photographers are required to complete at least 1 session every 3 months (based upon requests in your area) in order to stay active as a volunteer.
