The tradition continues! For several years now, On Angels’ Wings has offered Santa mini sessions to its recipient families, working with amazing volunteer photographers and the best Santas we know! What started in our Springfield, Missouri chapter has expanded to St. Louis and, this year, Oklahoma City!

Springfield, Missouri
On Angels’ Wings has been doing Santa minis in Springfield since 2017! This year, OAW provided 38 recipients families in the Springfield area with free pictures with Santa, all done at the OAW Studio. Santa S.C., now in his 4th year volunteering his time with the organization, graciously drove from three hours away and spent the weekend in town to make time for each of these families.

St. Louis
For OAW’s 5th year doing Santa pictures in St. Louis, we changed things up a bit. Working with our new partner in Santa Dave, and a gracious host for a residential setting, we served 18 recipient families in the community. OAW volunteer photographers Brianna Buchholz Photography and Artistry by Ariel made the two day event a smashing success!
Oklahoma City
Oklahoma City was the first out-of-state chapter for On Angels’ Wings, launching in the summer of 2023. The OAW team had set a goal to offer Santa minis to that community of recipients – now up to over 30 families – in 2025. But Skylar Morrison Photography, one of the OAW volunteers, took it upon herself to try and make it happen sooner! Teaming up with Santa Jeff OKC and Theophany Studio (who both donated their time/resources), we were able to make Santa minis happen for seven OAW recipient families (and two of our volunteer photographers) this year!
